The sun blazed down as runners prepared themselves to take on the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K on 19th May 2024. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and nervous anticipation. I was there to photograph the wonderful runners taking on the 10K to raise money for Cancer Research Wales. Cancer Research Wales is dedicated to transforming the lives of cancer patients across Wales and are committed to reducing the impact of cancer and improving unacceptable survival rates across the country. It is an amazing charity. Congratulations to every brave soul who put on their trainers to run in exceptionally unusual hot conditions. And thank you for supporting such an special charity. You are all heroes!
