At 4am in the morning, just as the sun starts to rise, the intrepid teams set out on the Welsh 3 Peaks for Tŷ Hafan. The first challenge is to climb Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the highest peak in Wales. The ascent to the top is 639m, where the walkers gaze for miles across the Eryri National Park.
