Josh Llewellyn Jones has announced his 2019 challenge. And the new 5days4CF challenge looks insane. Over 5 days, starting on the 7th October 2019, Josh will swim, cycle and run a total of 381 miles. Once again, he is taking on the challenge to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis, encouraging others to exercise as much as they can to combat the disease.
The 5days4CF challenge involves swimming the channel (21 miles), cycling around London (200 miles), and then running back from Twickenham to Cardiff (160 miles). This is believed to be the most extreme triathlon ever attempted. To make the challenge even harder, Josh is intending to complete the challenge without any sleep.
