The CF Warrior Games is an extreme team sports challenge lasting 24 hours.  It is brutal.  However, it provides an opportunity to capture some amazing photographs.  The 2019 event (29th June 2019) was again held at the MOD fitness centre in St Athan.  Teams of all ages and abilities take part and there was even one participant who was drafted in on the morning of the challenge.  She had no idea what was in store for her and the photographs I took 24 hours later as she completed her final exercises are precious.  The CF Warriors charity has just announced the details of the 2020 Warrior Games on Eventbrite.
