The Concrete Society (Wales Region) Spring Lunch 2022 was held in the Cardiff Marriott on 18th March, the day before the Six Nations Super Saturday. Returning for the first time since 2020 due to the Covid pandemic, the lunch brings together the Welsh concrete business community. This year, the lunch was compèred by the wonderful presenter and journalist, Sian Lloyd. After lunch, Welsh comedian Rod Woodward took to the stage. For the next 30 minutes there was nothing but laughter as Rod entertained the audience with tales of Wales. The lunch also raised funds for the fantastic Wooden Spoon rugby charity, which supports projects to help children across the UK. Another great event.
