The guest for The Events Room’s 2026 Football Dinner of the Year was the head coach of the Wales National Football Team, Craig Bellamy. And what a special afternoon for any football supporter. The afternoon was hosted by Rupert Moon with Catrin Heledd taking to the stage to talk with Craig Bellamy. There was silence across the 200 or so guests as Craig talked about his life as a professional footballer and his philosophy with regards to the managing the Wales national side. During a career spanning 18 years, Craig played 458 games and scored 135 goals, and even signed for Liverpool twice. During his talk with Catrin, the audience was given an insight into the incredible football knowledge of the Wales Head Coach. A fantastic afternoon.
