This was a photoshoot with a difference. It took place in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and so social distancing and associated safety guidelines were paramount. Masks, gloves and buckets of alcohol sanitiser were features that we managed to keep out of the photos. The photoshoot also marked the first time many of the Effective HRM had met up in person for some time, as they have all been working from home since mid-March. Effective HRM specialise in providing professional advice and support for HR services, health and safety, learning and development and business coaching. They are wonderful to work with, with a passionate drive towards creativity. The photographs were for their new website and taken near and in their offices in Caerphilly.
