The World Reimagined is displaying 103 unique Globes across the 10 trails in 7 host cities across the UK. The Globes represent a journey of discovery exploring the history, legacy and future of the Transatlantic Trade in Enslaved Africans through the work of incredible artists. I was asked to photograph the Globes being exhibited in Swansea. Initially I photographed them in a studio setting. These were then cut out and provided as PNG files. The second photoshoot involved photographing the Globes in situ in Swansea and a very early start of 6am as the dawn broke. A lovely time of day with some wonderful light. I highly recommend making the effort and taking a trip to Swansea to see them.
