Henrhyd Falls

Henrhyd Falls in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales, is the tallest waterfall in southern Wales with a drop of 90 feet (27 metres).  The spectacular waterfall is hidden away in the wooded Graig Llech Gorge on National Trust land, in the county of Powys and is considered to be part of Wales’ celebrated Waterfall Country.  The waterfall is created as the Nant Llech river flows over a faulted edge of sandstone known as the Farewell Rock.  Henrhyd Falls claim-to-fame is starring in the final scene of the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises where they doubled as the entrance for the Batcave.
