Prior to the 2019 Six Nations test match between Wales and England, Legends Hospitality staged a pre-match lunch at the Radisson Blu in Cardiff. Two rugby legends entertained the guests: Rob Jones, the ex Swansea, Wales and British Lions scrum half and JPR Williams, ex Bridgend, Wales and British Lions full-back. There were some great stories, including an insight into the crucial second Lions test in 1989, when Rob ‘accidentally’ stepped on Nick Farr-Jones foot sparking the ‘Battle of Ballymore‘, which the Lions went on to win 19-12 before securing the series with a 19-18 victory the following week. In 2019, Wales staged a comeback to beat England 21-13 in a crunch game on their way to a forth Grand Slam under Warren Gatland.
