Magnetisers are used widely in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and other manufacturing sectors. In fact, the demand for such technology has reached new highs as companies seek to maximise magnet performance to improve operation efficiencies and reduce energy use (i.e. fuel, electricity, etc). Bunting is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of Magnetising and Magnetising Fixtures. A typical magnetising system comprises of a large control panel that controls the energy delivered to a magnetiser. Inside the magnetiser sits a magnetising fixture which holds and positions the magnet assembly being magnetised. With this product photography assignment, I was tasked with taking a set of photographs of the Magnetiser Bunting had built that could then be used for a wide range of marketing purposes.
