The Mental Health & Wellbeing Wales Awards 2025 is organised and run by The Ajuda Foundation, a registered not-for-profit organisation that promotes the positive Mental Health & Wellbeing of individuals, community groups and organisations, across Wales. The 2025 awards were held at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff on the 10th October and included enlightening and inspiring presentations by guest speakers Andrew Jenkins and Suzanne Shaw.
