The Mental Health & Wellbeing Show is a motivating and inspiring all-day show held in the Cardiff City Stadium. The event features exhibitors, speakers and experts promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. I spent the day at the show photographing exhibitors, visitors and speakers that included the official opening of the show by Sarah Murphy AS, Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing, a keynote presentation by Suzanne Shaw and a diverse range of presentations from people including Andrew Jenkins. The event brings together experts in the field of mental health.
