It’s been a while since I’ve had the opportunity to catch up with Josh Llewellyn Jones on his ‘Road to 100’ challenge. Finally, with restrictions lifted and the sun shining, we met up on the sands dunes at Merthyr Mawr in the Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales. With the evening sun throwing out some lovely golden light, we walked and ran over the dunes and even swam in the sea. It was great to catch up with Josh as he continues to train for his next crazy challenge.
