On the 29th and 30th September 2018, I witnessed and photographed an incredible feat of human physical and mental strength. Josh Llewellyn-Jones lifted one million kilograms of weight in 22 hours and 10 minutes. What makes it even more incredible is that Josh has cystic fibrosis. I stayed for the whole 22 hours as I wanted to record the highs and lows of taking on such an incredible challenge. There were times when I questioned whether Josh could carry-on, but he did. The 24hrs4CF challenge raised money for Josh’s charity CF Warriors. This small selection of photographs tells the story of how one man lifted one million kilograms in just over 22 hours.
