In January 2022, A & R Services announced a management buy-out (MBO).  The MBO of the Bridgend-based commercial cleaning company was led by co-founder Ashley Davies, alongside Chloe Stanford and Dora Vasarhelyi.  A month earlier, I took the photographs needed to support the news release in Bridgend.  Despite the surprising sunshine, the temperature was on the chilly side, but was at least dry.  Congratulations to the new management team!
