18 months after the last Business Growth Awards, the Covid-19 delayed 2021 event was celebrated at The Vale Resort in Hensol, near Llantrisant in South Wales on 24th September. As in all previous years, Jo Davies and I photographed the event. The South Wales Business Growth Awards identify and celebrate the pioneers and the creativity of business bringing together entrepreneurs, decision-makers and influencers shaping the local business community. The awards encompass all areas of business from Health and Beauty to Environmental Responsibility. And the evening finished with the unveiling of the 2021 Business of the Year. As in recent years, the event host was TV presenter and journalist Sian Lloyd. And if you’re wondering about some of the gentlemen’s poses in the drinks reception, these were James Bond poses in recognition of the release of the new 007 movie No Time To Die. And every man thinks that they are James Bond when wearing a dinner suit!
