The annual Ladies Lunch for the CF Warriors charity took place at the end of September 2023 in the Park Plaza Hotel in Cardiff.   Hosted by former BBC new presenter Jayne James, the event raised over £12,000 for the charity that supports children diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, which was founded by extreme athlete Josh Llewellyn-Jones OBE.
