The IoD Wales Director of the Year Awards celebrate leadership talent, success and achievement across all industry sectors: public, private and voluntary.  The 2023 awards were held at ICC Wales near Newport in South Wales.  The final award of the night, the Chairman’s Award, went to Professor Laura McAllister CBE, UEFA Vice President and Executive Committee member.  There was also an inspiring speech from Tom Gullick, a new business owner and ambassador of The Prince’s Trust.  Congratulations to everyone who was shortlisted, highly commended and selected as a category award winner.
