The Mental Health & Wellbeing Show is a motivating and inspiring all-day show held in Cardiff City Hall. The event features exhibitors, speakers and experts promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. I spent the day at the show photographing exhibitors, visitors and speakers that included a breakfast Q & A with ex-Wales footballer Neville Southall, a group dance session with dancer and television celebrity Darcy Bussell, and a very honest presentation from ex-rugby union referee and pundit Nigel Owens. The show was opened by the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Councillor Graham Hinchey. The event brings together experts in the field of mental health.
