The Mental Health & Wellbeing Wales Awards reward and recognise individuals and companies who go above and beyond to put the wellbeing of others first. This year’s awards and conference were held at The Village Hotel in Cardiff on World Mental Health Day (10 October). I was joined by Mandy to photograph the event, which was opened by Lynne Neagle MS (Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Welsh Government) and featured inspiring talks from guests including the Wales rugby player Rhys Thomas, actress, singer and television personality Suzanne Shaw, and founder of the 2Wish charity Rhian Mannings.
