The 2022 Mental Health and Wellbeing Show was held at the City Hall in Cardiff on 10th May. The event promotes positive mental health through open conversation, promoting awareness and sharing real-life experiences. During the day, there are a selection of seminars focused on topics such as coping with mental illness, ways to promote positive mental health, and how to support people who are suffering with ill mental health. Alongside this is an exhibition with over 60 charities, organisations and companies promoting their helpful resources, services and initiatives designed to support positive mental health and wellbeing. The guest speakers included legendary World Boxing Champion Frank Bruno and Welsh football legend Neville Southall. The show was opened by Councillor Rod McKerlich, the Rt. Hon. The Lord Mayor of Cardiff, with Lynne Neagle MS, Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing speaking to and meeting visitors and exhibitors.
