The Mental Health & Wellbeing Show is a motivating and inspiring all-day show held in the Cardiff City Stadium. The event features exhibitors, speakers and experts promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. Tom and I spent the day at the show photographing exhibitors, visitors and speakers that included the official opening of the show by Councillor Michael Michael, the Deputy Lord Mayor of Cardiff, a keynote presentation by broadcaster and former schoolteacher Phil Steele and a diverse range of presentations from people including Andrew Jenkins. I put down my cameras to also speak at the show, talking about using walking and physical activity to help handle deep grief.
