On Saturday 7th May 2022, a group of fundraisers for Cancer Research Wales took on the Black Mountains 3 Peak Challenge around Abergavenny in Monmouthshire, South Wales. The 22 mile hike took 11 hours 50 minutes with over 4,467 feet climbed. The group conquered Blorenge, Sugar Loaf and then Skirrid. And everyone who started, completed the walk. Unlike the 2021 Trek for Tomorrow, the weather was amazing. I want to congratulate everyone who took part raising money for this incredible Welsh charity. And thanks to JT Expeditions for looking after us and guiding over the three mountains. These photos tell the story of the day.
