The Wales and West Housing (WWHA) MAD Awards is one of the best awards events of the year. The 2019 Awards ceremony was the second time I had been appointed the event photographer. The event was held on 8th February at the Vale Resort in Hensol, South Wales.

The annual MAD or Making A Difference Awards have been running for 10 years, celebrating the community spirit, courage and enterprise of the WWHA residents across Wales. It is always humbling to hear the stories of real-life local heroes. People who have selflessly helped their local communities.
