The icy cold January weather proved ideal for a site photoshoot with The Construction Hub Academy. The Construction Hub Academy was born out of a recognition to up-skill individuals by providing a best-in-class opportunity to increase skills in the construction industry in Wales. I have had the great pleasure of working with the team and spending time documenting their excellent training on their site in Barry. This shoot took place in the depths of winter, with snow falling early in the morning and the ground icy hard. The cold weather did not stop the training, with trainees wrapped up warm as they developed the skills to handle large construction equipment. The Construction Hub Academy is perfect for anyone looking to pursue a career in construction or upskill.
